Invasive Species Walking Tour at the Hurleyville Rail Trail

Walk through the Hurleyville Rail Trail with Horticulture Subject Educator Katie Gasior.
As a group, we will walk the trail and stop to point out and identify invasive species along the way. We will discuss why they are a problem, and ways to mitigate.
Learn more about invasive species such as:
- multiflora rose
- japanese knotweed
- beech leaf disease
Make sure you wear appropriate footwear. Meet near the tennis/basketball courts.
